What areas do you cover?

We are based in Glasgow and cover the city and surrounding central belt of Scotland. If you're outside this area, please get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.
What types of premises do you clean?

Offices, commercial buildings, retail premises, communal areas, professional service firms and properties managed on behalf of landlords or agents. We do not provide domestic cleaning.
Are you insured?

Yes. Provand Cleaning Group carries £2 million public liability insurance. Cover details are available on request.
Do you use your own staff or sub-contractors?

Our cleaning operatives are directly employed, trained and vetted by us. You'll see the same faces on each visit.
How do you set the cleaning schedule?

We start with a site visit and agree a written cleaning specification — frequency, scope and timings — designed around how your premises actually operate.
What products do you use?

Professional, COSHH compliant cleaning products. Where suitable we use lower-impact chemistry and microfibre systems to reduce waste.
How do we get in touch about an issue?

Every client has a named point of contact reachable by phone and email. We aim to acknowledge any issue the same working day.
How do I get a quote?
